DSW Homes, LLC, owned and operated by Texas residents, specializes in disaster relief, rehabilitation and new home construction.

We cumulatively offer more than 100 years of experience in building affordable, quality homes in the scattered lot home-building industry. To meet the disaster recovery needs of the Coastal Regions of Texas, DSW Homes was established in October of 2009. DSW Homes is capable of developing over 1,000 homes per year, covering areas from Dallas to the Lower Rio Grande Valley, including the Beaumont and Galveston regions.

We are licensed to build in 9 states throughout the Southeast and have extensive experience building in Texas, specifically along the Texas Coastal areas.  As specific needs are identified, DSW Homes has the ability to quickly mobilize and set-up our operations to accommodate the needs in other geographic areas.

DSW Homes has successfully completed over 1000 rehabilitation and reconstruction projects totaling over $77 million. Each project was completed on time and within budget with an overage build-out time of less than 60 days. These projects were scattered throughout over 25 counties in Texas.
