We cumulatively offer more than 100 years of experience in building affordable, quality homes in the scattered lot home-building industry. To meet the disaster recovery needs of the Coastal Regions of Texas, DSW Homes was established in October of 2009. DSW Homes is capable of developing over 1,000 homes per year, covering areas from Dallas to the Lower Rio Grande Valley, including the Beaumont and Galveston regions.

We are licensed to build in 9 states throughout the Southeast and have extensive experience building in Texas, specifically along the Texas Coastal areas.

DSW Honored By Area Boy Scouts

DSW Homes was honored by the Boy Scouts with its Guardian Donor Award. They were heavily involved with "Camp Karankawa" by helping to complete 10 of the bathrooms for the camp, a savings of around $75,000. Steve Matero who received the award said, "...it was a wonderful opportunity for us to give back to the youth of America and have a lot of fun. DSW Homes has 32 employees and 15 of them are Eagle Scouts, so this one was extra dear to our hearts."
